Established in 1999, Moorfield estates are the area’s leading estate agent, owned and managed by local people with a very successful track record in property sales and letting, combined with extensive local knowledge. Renting
If you do find a property through us we will require an employers’ reference, bank reference and previous landlords’ reference. Once we are in receipt of a full set of references and these have been approved by the landlord, we will then prepare a contract for signing. Please note on the day of the moving we will need all monies to be cleared funds (cash or bankers draft).
