When you use our contact or valuation forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address and property details. We may also collect information provided during telephone or in-person enquiries.
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, provide lettings services, send relevant information about properties or services (where you have consented), and comply with our legal obligations as a letting agent.
We process your data on the basis of: your consent (for marketing communications); legitimate interests (responding to enquiries); and contractual necessity (where we are providing lettings services to you).
Enquiry data is held for up to 12 months. Client and tenancy data is retained for 6 years after the end of the tenancy in accordance with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We may share data with tenant referencing agencies, deposit protection schemes and other service providers as required to carry out our lettings services. All third parties are required to handle your data in compliance with UK GDPR.
