What is the difference between Tenant Find, Rent Collect and Full Management?
Tenant Find covers marketing, viewings, referencing and the tenancy agreement — then you take over day-to-day management. Rent Collect adds monthly rent collection and arrears chasing on top. Full Management is completely hands-off — we handle everything from tenant contact to maintenance, inspections and compliance, so you don't have to.
How does the Renters' Rights Act affect me as a landlord?
The Renters' Rights Act (effective May 2026) abolishes Section 21 no-fault evictions, converts all tenancies to periodic agreements, introduces a mandatory landlord registration database and strengthens tenant rights around property standards and rent increases. Do I really need a letting agent?

Enquiry data is held for up to 12 months. Client and tenancy data is retained for 6 years after the end of the tenancy in accordance with our legal obligations.

Your rights

Third parties

We do not sell your data. We may share data with tenant referencing agencies, deposit protection schemes and other service providers as required to carry out our lettings services. All third parties are required to handle your data in compliance with UK GDPR.
